I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Practitioner Psychologist and am a member of The British Psychological Society (BPS).
I qualified as a Doctor of Clinical Psychology at Lancaster University. Having worked in both the NHS and third sector for 15 years, I specialise in working with adults who experience interpersonal and relational difficulties, and who may have experienced trauma in their early lives. Over the course of my career I have worked with a range of clients including those in community mental health services, children and families, individuals within the criminal justice system, service users with a personality disorder diagnosis and those within substance misuse services.
My approach is largely integrative, which means I can use a range of therapy models to create a tailored and individualised therapy bespoke to you.
